Ministry Lead Role
I am one of 6 Elders here at BridgeWay. In my role on the Audio/Visual Team, I make sure that the audio sounds great, and the visuals are on point. Also make sure that the chairs are setup and taken down, and trailers with the goodies arrive on time.

If there are no disruptions, people are allowed to connect to the Spirit through worship and the teaching.
