“Winning On Purpose” Leadership Workshop

Originally designed as a training session for our LT (Leadership Team), we’ve decided to open this important workshop up to anyone. The purpose for this seminar is to look under the hood of the “Policy Governance” model of leadership which BridgeWay adopted last year. It doesn’t sound glamorous we know, but the ideas behind the PG model are helping churches across the country experience renewed vitality and growth.
